Capacity Development
We assist aid organizations by developping and delivering custom-made training and coaching content, as well as best practices that enable staff to execute their roles confidently, while enhancing program results and organizational change.
We are building a capacity development program through which we aim to equip individuals and groups, especially local and Community Based Organizations (CBO), with adequate tools and skills-sets to improve the quality of aid assistance in cooperation with specialized humanitarian actors
Learning & Development
We address people and organization development by combining elements of learner-centeredness, self-directed learning, and humanist philosophy.
We assist aid actors in developing response strategies that aim to empower local communities and foster ownership of the activities within these communities
